Rest assured that our eyewear is backed by a quality guarantee. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, feel free to reach out to us for a refund or a replacement at returns@VIVGlasses.com

Important: Do Not Send Package to Shipping Address

Our shipping address is unable to accommodate returns, so kindly avoid sending your package there. Instead, reach out to our dedicated Customer Support Team to obtain the appropriate return address and ensure a smooth return process. If package is sent directly to the shipping address, returns are guaranteed.

In cases of material defects, workmanship issues, or shipping damage -

The 14-Day Free Returns policy enables customers to easily exchange or return items within a two-week timeframe. Simply provide evidence of any damage, and your request will be promptly processed without any further inquiries.

Please note the following conditions for returns:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unmodified condition. Our return policy does not extend to damage resulting from accidents, negligence, or improper care.
  • To ensure a smooth return process, please consolidate all items from a single order into one return package.
  • We continuously monitor return activities to prevent abuse and reserve the right to limit returns and exchanges in any situation.
  • Return for a one-time replacement pair of equal or lesser value, or request a full refund within two weeks of receiving your order!

For anything else -

In view of the customization involved in the eyeglasses pair, we will provide a one-time replacement pair or refund within a 14-Days period (two-weeks) in 12 months, according to the following terms -

  1. 100% Frame value
  2. 50% of Lens value

Customers have to bear all return and exchange shipping fees. There are no additional charges for restocking or any hidden fees. Exchange and/ore refund will not process once we received the items in their original, unmodified condition.


Beyond 14 days window period if you still have any issues include non-workmanship issues like frame size is too big or too small, not liking the style or colors, please reach out to us and we'll provide a discount code for you to purchase a new pair.
